Sustainability Consultant - Energy Modelling - London - Hybrid / Flexible Working

Have you been working as a sustainability consultant for at least 2 years and feel ready to take on new challenges?

Our client would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • A track record of environmental certification for buildings (BREEAM, LEED, WELL etc.)
  • At least 2 years' experience (consultant level) in a related role and confidence to lead a team with direct technical delivery.
  • Good understanding of circular economy strategies for buildings and embodied carbon quantification to develop Life Cycle Impact assessments.
  • Enthusiasm to maintain and develop professional knowledge of energy, carbon and sustainability technologies, processes and policy and are keen to communicate the impacts to both clients and project design teams.

A willingness to be part of a business directed by leading experts that empower their staff to upskill and delve deeper into make genuine change in the sustainability sector.

  • BREEAM Assessor / AP qualification(s).
  • Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon standards.
  • Understanding of factors affecting occupant comfort including use of test methods (e.g. BUS) and modelling methods and software.
