I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Construction Manager for one of my clients a Construction Main Contractor based in the Birmingham area.

Job description
Ensuring quality construction standards and using proper construction techniques

You will have overall control of the day-to-day management of the site, site staff, be able to short term programmed and step if the PD when need to be.

Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risks and opportunities and working with the key stakeholders to optimize the project delivery
Be responsible for the monitoring and management of the construction budgets
Ensure that KPI, H&S, targets are set and managed.
About the scheme

Scheme comprises redevelopment of the site to provide 563 homes and flexible business/commercial floorspace of 1,724sqm (use classes e (a, b, c, e, f, g), f1, B2 and B8) in 6 new blocks ranging from 3 to 26 storeys, together with car parking, landscaping and associated works.

This project also includes associated infrastructure works and access roads.

Salary range is between £45K-60K plus packages
