We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual who will operationally lead and coordinate the Postgraduate Diploma in Evidence-Based Psychological Therapies for Children and Young People, Children & Young People's Well-being Practitioner (CYWP) pathway.

It is an exciting time of development for this programme as it moves from a Postgraduate certificate to a Postgraduate diploma, in line with NHS-England and Health Education England's vision for the implementation of the CYWP role as part of the wider Children and Young People's MH workforce expansion.

As a result, the post holder will have real opportunity to shape the new course as well as being part of national planning and decision making about the delivery, embedding and sustainment of this new role.

The post is based at the GMMH Psychological Therapies Training Centre (PTTC) which is renowned for providing high quality training to students in evidence-based psychological therapies across the North West region and beyond.

Within the PTTC you will lead the expanding CYWP Programme team, supporting a range of tutors and lecturers from a variety of professional backgrounds.

Your team make up half of the wider Low Intensity Programme Team which is a large supportive and friendly group.

The course you will lead provides training in the key knowledge and skills required to become a Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary team and to work collaboratively within our established and highly regarded psychological therapies training programmes.
