SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION:

  • Excellent working knoweldge of MMS Excel
  • pivot tables, formatting etc.
  • Highly analytical with a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to solve problems and suggest effective solutions
  • Excellent time management
  • Be able to work within a team as well as independently
  • Be a driven individual who wants to make their mark in a growing business
  • Able to present to key stakeholders
  • Have a positive working attitude to deliver results.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE PERFORMANCE OFFICER'S DAY:
This opportunity will be focussing on understanding, managing, and improving performance by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and intelligence


This will include:

  • Maintain dashboards across multiple areas of operations across the business
  • Monitor live performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvements
  • Troubleshoot current systems and KPIs
  • Evaluate data and contribute performance
  • Working with the training team and team managers to update them on team performance and areas for improvement
  • Adhoc projects with your line manager
