AK Teaching are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join our bank of supply staff ready for a September start. We are an extremely busy agency that provides supply staff for the whole of the North East.

If you're looking for a Teaching Assistant (TA) role within the Newcastle, Gateshead or South Tyneside area we can help you find the perfect role.

Successful applicants will have experience in a classroom setting ideally or a background in something like care, an appropriate qualification is preferred but not necessary.

You will be able to support students either on a one to one basis or in small groups. You will be able to take and follow instructions from the teacher whilst also offering your own ideas.
