Aspire People are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Graduates or A level/ College Students who are keen on working in local Schools as a Teaching Assistant.

We have a huge demand and work available immediately in your local area as and when youare available.

We work with a wide variety of schools from Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire and you will have the flexibility to work when you want with both full and part-time work available and can choose the schools thatbest suit you.

You will play a key role in engaging and helping pupils to achieve their potential combining your knowledge from your studies, tutoring/ teaching and implementing behaviour/ mentoring strategies when necessary in order to build strong relationships with students.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Graduates, Degree or College/ A level qualified individuals at the beginning of their career journey.
