F/T Permanent Sales Administrator required for Moira.
Job Details:
In a busy sales environment where excellent customer service is essential my client are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive & organised Sales Administrator.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
- Processing sales orders and quotations
- Facilitating a strong after sales service to our varied customer base as well as upholding the credit control rules that are in place.
- Communication with transport companies.
- All associated administration
Essential Criteria:
- Previous sales administration/customer service/credit control experience within a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with SAP Business One
- Ability to communicate in French
Full training will be provided.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 08:30 am - 5:00 pm
