About The Role:


Main Responsibilities:


  • To provide Managers and Employees with information on compliance, advising on ways of meeting statutory requirements and inhouse Quality Policies & Procedures as directed by the Quality Manager
  • Organize Quality training for the team and drive manufacturing trainings through the business ensuring a culture of quality is maintained throughout
  • Accountability, traceability Targets and Objectives are met and maintained in line with ISO9001, 45001 & 14001 standards
  • Actively engage in ongoing assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for enhancement. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and streamline continuous improvement initiatives that optimize efficiency and elevate product quality
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for deviations from quality standards or production issues. Utilize problemsolving methodologies to identify the underlying causes of defects, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of QMS processes, documentation, and procedures, and suggest necessary updates to enhance overall system effectiveness in line with the company policies and industry standards
  • To provide mentorship and stability to the Quality Department across all sites
  • Lead and inspire a team of quality technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and highperforming team is maintained
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a shared commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and achieving organizational goals
  • Help to cut rejects and scrappages on all sites with investigations and reports driven from KPI Statistics.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the manager where applicable
  • Fulfil administrative and other duties as assigned such as data analysis, Hr duties and creating meeting minutes
  • Assisting in interviews for potential new staff
  • Assisting in Annual appraisals
  • Assume responsibilities of Quality Manager in their absence
  • Carry out meetings with Production management team in the Quality managers absence

About You:


Desired skills and knowledge:


  • Indepth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry standards related to kitchen manufacturing
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining effective Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Strong skills in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis investigations to identify and address the underlying causes of quality deviations and production issues
  • Problemsolving skills to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of quality professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess data
  • Vigilance
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the kitchen manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight production schedules Good team player
