CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working closely with a successful, global manufacturing business, based on the outskirts of Havant, Hampshire.

Due to an internal ongoing project, a Credit Controller is required on a part time basis to support thefunction.

This 15 hour a week role will ideally be worked over a Monday and a Tuesday and the assignment will be offered on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.

Enhanced benefits including 50% hybrid working if required will be offered.

What will the part time Credit Control role involve?

  • Chasing of outstanding debt from c300 live accounts, ensuring DSOs are maintained;
  • Credit checking of new business;
  • Allocation of incoming payments, along with completing payment journals;
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched adhering to sanctions and exports control legislation;
  • Monitor the order process under terms; Letters of Credit and cash against documents.
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail;
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated;
  • Confident to liaise at all levels.
