Our customer, an established regional group is seeking a
talented manager to provide leadership and future direction to its Approved Used Car operation.

The
Used Sales Manager position is crucial in setting a successful course to achieve
sales volume and profit; whilst nurturing the team to the next level and a sustainable future.

The Role:

You will provide energy and leadership to your team being onhand and able to enhance any customer situation.
You will be the guardian of the sales experience protecting the quality to ensure the customer has enjoyed their dealings with the business.
Supported by the wider management team you will deliver upon the set financial budgets and related business KPIs.
To be fully aligned with and dedicated to the customer and their requirements daily.
To use the resource and outlined processes at your disposal to achieve the set business goals and objectives
To utilise effectively the O.E.M. management tools available to create an exceptional customer experience; making significant decisions to benefit both the business and the customer.
Demonstrate to the customers and your team that you are fully aligned and engaged with the Company objectives and longterm goals

Essential requirements:

Experience in vehicle sourcing is pivotal to this role you can't sell forecourt tarmac you need the correct level of stock
Relevant previous experience that can be demonstrated.
A passion to succeed and to end each day having explored all opportunities.
Attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Full UK Driving License.
