Junior Credit Controller

Pampisford (hybrid)

£20,000-£23,000

A large and leading organisation, based in pleasant, modern offices in Pampisford currently have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic and driven individual, with excellent customer service skills, to join them in the role of permanent Junior Credit Controller.

Manage, maintain & update designated accounts.
Proactively collect overdue monies from customers.
Active daily management of account queries.
Analyse and approve or decline account credit limits & Terms.
Process, reconcile and allocate payments via cheque, cash, credit/debit card, BACS.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Respond quickly & efficiently to customer & colleague requests for information and documents.
