Description

Do you enjoy fixing things? Can you carry out minor repairs and maintenance with a smile? Do you want a role where you can speak to your customers? If so then this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, in this role you'll be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs on our site.

Our buildings are the homes of our Student's, so you'll make a big a difference to their day-to-day lives and you'll get the opportunity to learn new skills.

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting compliance checks, administer all property maintenance & records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Undertake reactive maintenance tasks including minor plumbing repairs; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; replacement of lamps and tubes and required statutory testing.
Ensure site based checks are carried out for their statutory insurance and qualifications; items such as emergency light testing, water temperature testing and fire alarm testing.
Ensure the gardens and grounds maintenance to the property are well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
