Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant.

Working closely with our planning and property lawyers, you will have the opportunity to work on some landmark regeneration schemes (which have in the past few years included six CPO inquiries), planning agreements, highways agreements and enforcement matters.

The property work will involve title investigation and a range of landlord and tenant issues such as granting new commercial leases, lease renewals, deeds of variation, deeds of surrender, licences and rent reviews.
