Civil Engineering Crew ltd is a recruitment agency, specialised in the Civil Engineering and Construction sectors.

To complement and strengthen our client's team, we are looking for Ganger / Lead Hand to join the High Speed 2 project (HS2) based in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead hand / Ganger you will take overall responsibility of the gang. As the most experienced member of the team, you will be leading, instructing, and mentoring the other members.

Job Requirements
We are looking for you to have as a minimum:

Current CSCS Card (required)
Current CPCS/ NOCN Plant Card (required)
SSSTS (required)
Ganger experience : 3 year (required)
Lead Hand experience : 1 year (preferred)
Driving licence (required)
HS2 card (advantageous)
Safety Critical Medical Certificate SEQOHS (advantageous)

Depending on the roles we would expect additional qualifications.
