Summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to take on the role of Teaching
Assistant for our most vulnerable pupils. You join a team reporting to the school's Assistant
Headteacher (SENDCO) and you will support our pupils to ensure that they achieve their full
academic and personal potential. You will liaise with teachers and parents, working in class and
with small groups or individuals. You will need to be organised, cheerful and confident, whilst
ensuring you are approachable and responsive to the needs our pupils. Previous experience of
pastoral and academic support within a learning environment would be an advantage.
