Description

My client is a top-tier direct life insurer, who aims to create exponential value and cultivates a dynamic learning culture.

The client is a strong partner in digitization and data initiatives, and they are looking for a manager within the financial reportingteam.

This role will give you the opportunity to lead a team within Actuarial and be exposed to Chief Actuary and Senior Management.


Responsibilities include:

  • Execute financial reporting initiatives to support company's goals, including but not limited to:
  • Capital management
  • Solvency & Profitability analytics and optimization
  • Actuarial financial performance management
  • Actuarial Transformation projects
  • Collaborate and lead cross department projects

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Actuarial Science with at least 10 years of strong relevant working experience in actuarial function
  • Experience in managing a direct team preferred but not a prerequisite. Learning and development will be provided.
  • Possess fellowship of an internationally recognized Actuarial body or newly qualified actuary
  • Able to communicate in simple and concise way to stakeholders
  • Adaptable and open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
