Are you looking for a new Surveying role with an organisation offering professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements?


Would you like to join a forward thinking, dynamic Property Services team working within a well establish customer focused Housing Association in Cardiff.

The housing association is delighted to be recruiting a Building Surveyor within the Property Services team.

You will ideally be an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager (residential housing experience is not essential but advantageous) with the following technical skills:

  • Building Surveying and Project Management
  • Cost Management/estimates
  • Knowledge of building regulations and CDM
  • Awareness of decarbonisations challenges


As a Building Surveyor you will be accountable for managing planned and responsive maintenance including the management of Physical Adaptation Grants ensuring compliance, H&S, quality, and exceptional service is delivered to tenants across all properties.


If you have excellent attention to detail, great planning & organisational skills as well as good knowledge & experience of the building surveying world, this could be your next career move.

Understanding of the current Welsh Housing Quality Standard is essential.


The role:


The role is based on a 35 hour week, Monday - Friday, although full flexibility will be required for the position as there may be unsociable hours on occasion.
