Senior HR Advisor

Location:
Stockport (Part Time) - Hybrid Working

£30,278 - £36,451

I am exciting to be working on behalf of a growing organisation in the Healthcare sector who are looking for Part Time Senior HR Advisor to join their team.

This is a true generalist role and you will work across the whole People Services remit including employee relations, learning and development, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement and policy development.

The role is to support with covering the PeopleServices Manager maternity leave and you will also support the People Director with the management of the team.

The key elements of your role will include;
- taking a lead in managing the employee relations caseload and providing effective advice and support to managers

Employee engagement

- driving employee surveys and feedback
- support the team with recruitment, onboarding and training
- line manage the HR Advisor, People Assistant and People and Learning Assistant
- support with the delivery of HR and induction training
- production of HR analytics and support with HR reporting, ensuring KPIS are maintained
- support with the development and introduction of HR systems ensuring staff are trained and reporting tools are utilised.

Attend monthly Operations meetings, preparing reports in advance and delivering the People Services agenda.
Support the People Director to facilitate organisational change and change management initiatives

You will ideally be CIPD qualified Level 5, with previous experience of managing an ER caseload from start to finish plus experience of the full recruitment and retention life cycle including advertising, onboarding, and leaver processes.
