Job Details:
Work-from-home position with regular in-office requirements. The hours are typically 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Polite, enthusiastic customer service
  • Administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, printing, etc.
  • Product assembly, fulfillment, and packaging
  • Inventory management

Skills and qualifications:

  • English fluency
  • Knowledge of software including use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of electronic database management, learning management systems, and WordPress preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of assisted living industry is preferred, but not required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED or higher required
  • Knowledge of the longterm care industry is preferred, but not required.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service (preferred)
  • Administrative experience (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
