Job Details:
Work-from-home position with regular in-office requirements. The hours are typically 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required
Job Responsibilities include:
- Polite, enthusiastic customer service
- Administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, printing, etc.
- Product assembly, fulfillment, and packaging
- Inventory management
Skills and qualifications:
- English fluency
- Knowledge of software including use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of electronic database management, learning management systems, and WordPress preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of assisted living industry is preferred, but not required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED or higher required
- Knowledge of the longterm care industry is preferred, but not required.
Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
