Lynx Employment Services are a professional recruitment company based in Attercliffe. Established in 2001, we have provided temporary and permanent staff to many different public and private companies.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit an Associate Recruitment Manager in - to provide recruitment support to the recruitment manager in order to deliver recruitment activity across an OU or EF.

Duties of the role include:

Ensuring that the Resourcing process is followed during all stages of recruitment activity and working to deliver all agreed KPI's.
Releasing vacancies as appropriate through ATS to relevant PSL agencies where directed by Recruitment Manager.
Ensuring ATS is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
Supporting projects as required by Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment
Supporting Recruitment Manager with delivery of timely and effective recruitment solutions
Completing businessdriven projects as required

This position is a temporary contract until December 2023, based in Watford, working full time 37.5hrs a week, paying £17.44ph.
