An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join the Target Lung Health Check team as a senior Screening Navigator.

The role will involve tracking of patients along their pathways.

1 x position 37.5 hrs

The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of the patient pathway through the MFT lung cancer service. The successful individual will liaise closely with the clinical teams.

He/she will work independently to collect and provide all information required by the clinical team, in order to agree a patient's screening, diagnostic and treatment journey.

They will be responsible for ensuring all communication between MFT and external trusts is efficient and timely and will be encouraged to devise innovative ways to manage such information.
