The Role
Our people create a guest experience that is as unique and memorable as Langdale. Our Reservations Advisors help make guest stay's truly memorable and assist with all bookings.

This could be anything from confirming a luxurious weekend away, an evening meal, Spa treatment, a holiday in our self-catering properties or those little extra touches and magical moments that leave our guests eager to return.

About the Role

  • Organise and manage bookings for the Langdale Estate. This covers any type of booking from a night in a luxury Hotel, to a Brimstone Spa treatment or an evening meal. The possibilities are endless, and no day is the same with your skillset growing hour by hour.
  • Increase and optimise sales in line with the brand and company sales policy.
  • Communicate with guests using a variety of communication methods.
  • Responsible for accurately taking payment information and keeping the customer details safe in line with legislation.
  • Attending to any change requests to existing bookings.
  • Support in other departments when busy or at key service times; training would be offered for task in hand.
  • Consistently deliver a product and service to meet the quality, standards, and expectation of customers
  • Understanding our month's forecast; working collaboratively with the Management Team to sense the conversion required with bookings.
