We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and methodical Divisional Coordinator to join us in the Communication, Marketing and Responsible Banking team.

The Communication, Marketing and Responsible Banking team is a core central function in Santander UK, supporting Communications, Marketing, Sustainability and Education, Skills and Social Impact.


As a divisional Coordinator you'll provide proactive project management, co-ordination and administrative support to the CM and RB team to ensure the delivery of continuous, sustained, commercially viable, risk aware and profitable performance.


The difference you'll make:


  • Working closely with the Business Manager and Executive Assistant to provide adhoc support to the Director of CM and RB alongside dedicated support to the Head of CRB and wider leadership team, providing support and management of diaries for divisional events, ensuring we are making the best use of time. This may include booking meetings, travel, accommodation and liaising with stakeholders
  • Working with Business Management team via project management, coordination, organisation, and administration activities
  • Supporting all head office administration and coordination of the function to ensure the successful delivery of projects and activities as well as ensuing we provide the optimum experience for all our stakeholders internally and externally
  • Assisting the Business Manager on drafting and embedding the annual People Plan across the division, supporting team wide initiatives

What you'll bring:


  • Project management experience, with the ability of working on projects of various sizes
  • Experience working with and building relationships with senior stakeholders. Including Executive members/CEO and Chairman level

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Project management training
  • Exemplary Diary Management experience, as well as being able prioritise workload under pressure and deliver multiple workloads at once
  • A good understanding of the financial sector, both in the UK and abroad
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

This role is based in Milton Keynes, and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
