Team Administrative Assistant (International Marketing & Commercial Operations) - Allergan Aesthetics - Marlow, UK

An opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrative assistant to join International Marketing & Commercial Operations (IMCO).

Primarily supporting 3 members of the IMCO Leadership Team but also offering assistance to the wider LT on an ad-hoc basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, rescheduling conflicting appointments and booking meeting rooms as required.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses.
  • Liaise with the leadership team across multiple time zones.
  • Adhoc project work.
  • Act as a point of contact for the broader IMCO team general enquiries.
  • Provide holiday cover for the EA to VP, IMCO.
  • Build strong relationships within the IMCO team & global organisation and establish a good working. knowledge of the business to ensure effective communication and efficient implementation of tasks, with mínimal supervision.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous proven experience supporting multiple senior team members within fastpaced, multicultural, large international companies.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical sector, whilst not essential, is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at communicating effectively both internationally and at all levels of the organization.
  • A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastmoving, ever changing environment.
  • Proactive, reliable and tenacious with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
