Be an excellent communicator committed to being part of an effective team within the whole school community
Set high expectations and encourage students to be the best they can be
Have experience of working constructively in a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and own position within these.
Understand the principles of child development and learning processes.
Possess a working knowledge of national and foundation stage curriculum and other relevant learning programmes and strategies.
Have experience of motivating pupils to develop to their full potential.
