We are recruiting for a Project Officer covering Hampshire and surrounding areas on a 1 year fixed term basis.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

This role will focus on the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects delivered by the Major Works Team.

Here's the facts about the role:

Major Works projects are typically more complex and not able to be delivered by our colleagues in building maintenance due to this.

As such, they each provide an exciting opportunity for person growth and gaining experience of the unknown and thinking on your feet.

Within the role you will be working on a select number of projects at any one time, ensuring each project is being carried out to specification, meets regulations and is keeping to timescale and budget - along with flawless execution Health & Safety will be a priority and you'll be able to demonstrate your knowledge, record keeping and capabilities within this field.

You will work within the Major Works Team but support other areas of the business when called upon.
