Founded 5 years ago, AWARE Hospitality is a consultancy firm specialising in strategic and financial advisory for the Food and Beverage luxury sector.

Our offices are in Battersea, London and Florence, Italy.

Our clients are mostly investment funds, large hospitality groups and HNWI investing in luxury Hospitality.


We currently have two luxury hotel projects in Mayfair, two in Greece, two in Rome, a private members' club in London as well as on-going partnerships with several major investment funds.

We are looking for:

An experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. Personality matters as much as experience and as such we value maturity, loyalty, and stability.


In terms of education and skills, a bachelor's degree education and perfect command of the English language and excellent written communication skills are a must.

French language is a plus.

Your duties will involve
- administrative tasks
- attending client meetings
- networking & travelling
- lots of desktop research

The position reports directly to the CEO. The key skills to succeed in this role are pro-activity, problem solving and information summarising.


The role is office based (Battersea) but also involves some client meetings around town as well as new sites visits so comfortable shoes might be useful.

Monday to Friday mostly but flexible every now and then.

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK.
