We are working with a Global Law firm who are looking for a Pursuits Manager to join them in their busy team.

This is a permanent role and will be based in London.

The main purpose of the role is to support the larger, strategic panel and transactional proposalswhich often have a global outlook.

By using your previous experience within strategic proposals you will influence and motivate partners whilst developing best practice and promoting this with the wider team.

Key responsibilities:

Project manage strategic proposals, including facilitating and leading meetings, agreeing strategy and messaging
Manage, and contribute to, multiple continuous improvement projects, to embed best practice and optimal processes across the wider teaM/Firm.
Leading or supporting the delivery of proposals training for BD teams.
Ensuring engagement of key stakeholders across the firm, including BD, Pricing, Innovation, GC's Office, and Knowledge to ensure the client receives the best proposal from the firm

Experience required:

Experience of leading, advising on and winning end to end bids and pitches, including advising on tender presentations, ideally within professional services
Creativity ability to think of and deliver new ways to differentiate the firm's pursuit process and instil best practice.
Managing and coordinating multijurisdictional and multipractice proposals (including panel and project/matterspecific RFPs).
Strong project management and planning skills
Excellent research, effective business written and strong verbal communication skills, including attention to detail
