Description

We are recruiting for an
Invasive Species Surveyor on behalf of a well-established company who offer an Invasive Species (Japanese Knotweed, Bamboo, Himalayan Balsam, Giant Hogweed etc.,) treatment and removal service alongside their grounds maintenance business.

On offer is a salary of between £25,000 and £33,000, A Company Vehicle, Remote Working Options, Laptop, Mobile, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities.

Working alongside the wider team as the Invasive Species Surveyor you will:

Be travelling across the South East to complete residential and commercial surveys for Japanese Knotweed and other Invasive Species as well as Grounds Maintenance.
Be completing survey reports, reviewing previous records and evidence, preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports as well as taking photos for grounds maintenance and invasive species infestation.
Working with clients to identify their needs and provide a costeffective solution.
Proactively introduce the company and seek new opportunities to survey and quote.

Key skills and experience requirements:

At least six months experience of surveying for invasive species or grounds maintenance services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
The confidence and ability to build relationships, gain client confidence and offer solutions.
Selfmotivation with the ability and enthusiasm to motivate others, being a good team player, innovative, a forward thinker and problem solver, process driven with the ability to prioritise work, the drive, passion and interest in what you do.
Good commercial awareness.
Looking for career progression within a fast paced and growing company.
UK Driving Licence.

If you have a related degree or qualification that would be an advantage, as would a PA1, PA6 and PA6AW and any other spraying licence and a CSCS card.
