Established in 1996, the agency has recently experienced a sustained period of growth and is now looking to expand its impressive team with the important appointment of a Junior Designer.

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand project requirements and concepts Collaborate with team members to launch projects Use feedback from other designers to improve Pitch creative ideas Support the designers in the studio with fast and accurate amends to client work based on brand guidelines.

Take briefs from the relevant Account Manager Take those briefs and turning them into visuals or concepts Final art working and output of the visuals or concepts Work alongside colleagues and departments, offering support and ideas

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

One year of experience as a Junior Designer
Experience with Adobe CC software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience using Adobe XD is desirable
Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML5, CSS) beneficial, but not essential
Teamwork skills
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problemsolving aptitude
BSc/BA in Design or a related field Desirable: Educated to HND/degree standard, with a minimum of 1year experience in a design agency environment.

KEY SKILLS:

Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
A flexible and collaborative approach when working in a team
Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
Good presentation skills and confidence to explain and sell ideas
Time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
