Assist the class teacher in the preparation of lessons and materials
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who may need additional help
Supervise and support students during class activities
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to ensure the overall wellbeing of students
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential)
Previous experience working within an Early Years or KS1 setting
Level 3 qualification (desirable)
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
