- Assist the class teacher in the preparation of lessons and materials
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who may need additional help
- Supervise and support students during class activities
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to ensure the overall wellbeing of students
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience working within an Early Years or KS1 setting
- Level 3 qualification (desirable)
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
