Description
General overview of responsibilities:
- Daily running of the office
- Support team members daily basis
- Monitor all enquiries.
- Data inputting and optimisation
- Keep in the loop customers with the jobs in progress
- Working with team members on building client relationships which will lead to repeat business.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Manage orders and coordinate to ensure works are completed.
- Answering incoming calls to the office and meet & greet visitors.
Pay:
From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
