To support the development and refinement of the corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and refinement of the organisation's corporate business plan, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Coordinate the integration of functional plans into the overarching corporate business plan.
  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive resource planning models for forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Maintain comprehensive visibility into resource capacity across People's Partnership.
  • Provide planning frameworks and templates to support the development of functional plans in a cohesive manner
  • Analyse internal data and trends to inform production of corporate reporting
  • Identify and address potential resource gaps and bottlenecks, collaborating with functional areas to proactively mitigate execution risks.
  • Enhance the business planning process by identifying and integrating innovative methodologies and tools, aiming to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience of planning at a corporate level
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the financial service industry and products, particularly pensions.
  • Understanding of transformation projects and processes
  • Excellent written and presentational communication skills.
  • Capable of understanding complex issues and articulating in simple terms.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, disciplined, and organised.
  • High delivery ethic with ability to meet tight deadlines.
