Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Analyze client feedback and preferences to enhance service offerings
- Upsell products or services to meet client needs and increase revenue
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients

- Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate client information
- Ability to analyze client data and provide tailored solutions
- Experience with upselling products or services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional client interactions

From £25,299.21 per year
