Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
  • Analyze client feedback and preferences to enhance service offerings
  • Upsell products or services to meet client needs and increase revenue
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients

From £25,299.21 per year
