About Our Client:


PageGroup have partnered with an established Travel and Tourism firm in Leeds (LS1) with a temporary opportunity to join as a Legal Claims Administrator for 3 months.

This role offers an immediately start with the potential to be extended.

The Legal Claims Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Making accurate compensation payments to customers
  • Responding to preaction letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding ineligible claims
  • Be fully conversant with our Terms and Conditions, legal obligations, and company procedures.
  • Providing informative feedback to the business as required.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.
  • Undertaking any other Adhoc duties when required.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Legal Claims Administrator will have:

  • Excellent writing and numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with both reading and data entry
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Team working and working on own initiative
  • Working accurately under pressure
  • Able to adapt to change
  • Excellent problemsolver
  • Positive 'cando' attitude
