About Our Client:
PageGroup have partnered with an established Travel and Tourism firm in Leeds (LS1) with a temporary opportunity to join as a Legal Claims Administrator for 3 months.
The Legal Claims Administrator will be responsible for:
- Making accurate compensation payments to customers
- Responding to preaction letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding ineligible claims
- Be fully conversant with our Terms and Conditions, legal obligations, and company procedures.
- Providing informative feedback to the business as required.
- Communicating effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.
- Undertaking any other Adhoc duties when required.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Legal Claims Administrator will have:
- Excellent writing and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail with both reading and data entry
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Team working and working on own initiative
- Working accurately under pressure
- Able to adapt to change
- Excellent problemsolver
- Positive 'cando' attitude
