Salary:
Grade D-E, £23,114 - £24,702 (DOE) FTE


Actual Salary:
£20,390-£21,791 (DOE) pro rata


Contract:
Permanent, full time, term time only +1 week (40 weeks).

Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday and 08:30-16:00 Friday (30-minute unpaid break)

We are looking for a positive and committed Reprographics and Administration Assistant to join Lawn Manor Academy on a permanent, full-time basis.


The main job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate and maintain print and associated equipment, including arranging repairs as required.
  • Inform the line manager of resources that may need ordering.
  • Produce printed and copied documents to meet the needs of the school, ensuring they are within Trust brand guidelines.
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks, including supporting the receptionist.
  • Be experienced in Microsoft Office and Arbor.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Work with complete confidentiality.
  • Hold a current First Aid at Work certificate (or be willing to undertake training.)
