The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator for a Charity in the Northeast area of Leeds.

The Role
This role is a full time permanent position, and offers hybrid working with the option of flexi time.

Within this role you will act as a central point to the recruitment function, ensuring you communicate with each individual hiring manager to find suitable people for each vacancy.

As well as this you will:

Plan recruitment campaigns
Ensure of best practise when recruiting
Oversee the applicant tracking system and make sure this is up to date
Proactively communicate with all departments on updates for each vacancy

This role will suit someone who has experience in a similar role, and is an excellent communicator.

As well as this you will have:

Experience building relationships within an organisation, as well as external stakeholders
Strong administration experience
Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms
An ability to coach and guide hiring managers
Experience of high volume recruitment would be advantageous

The Benefits
