Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for Credit Control
  • Overview of Sales Ledger and periodic invoicing
  • Overview of Purchase Ledger
  • Support with Payroll
  • Support with month end closing
  • Posting manual journals
  • Ledger account reconciliation
  • Support with internal and external audits

Skills and experience needed for this role:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a finance role
  • Proven track record of both credit control and complex supplier accounts
  • Intermediate level competency in MS Excel, Word and accounts packages
  • Knowledge of local authority care funding desirable but not essential
