Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Credit Control
- Overview of Sales Ledger and periodic invoicing
- Overview of Purchase Ledger
- Support with Payroll
- Support with month end closing
- Posting manual journals
- Ledger account reconciliation
- Support with internal and external audits
Skills and experience needed for this role:
- At least 3 years' experience in a finance role
- Proven track record of both credit control and complex supplier accounts
- Intermediate level competency in MS Excel, Word and accounts packages
- Knowledge of local authority care funding desirable but not essential
