We're really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, Senior Social Media Executive.

This is a really exciting consumer brand, authentically themselves, innovative and creative.

In this role, you'll lead the organic social media presence across Instagram, TikTok to increase commercial performance.

Responsible for the Social Strategy; leading primary social media channels and growing followers and engagement to attract and retain new customers.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Day-to-day social media management including the scheduling of posts and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
Analytics and reporting, making recommendations to optimize performance
Regular monitoring of social trends and platform feature enhancements
Content planning and development
Supporting with social media advertising campaigns
Using innovative and inspirational techniques, you will tell the story of our brands across all major social media platforms through both short and long form as well as through video
Instagram and TikTok are priority channels, so in this role you will ensure that our content reflects our current messages and commercial activities in a way that will attract and engage our audience.
You will work with the creative team to develop relevant content that showcases our brand values.
You should have excellent writing skills and be able to adapt your tone of voice to meet the needs of the different audiences we communicate with.
Posts and stories will be timely aligned to the right piece of content and / or influencer
Responsible for the strategy and execution of our influencer programme
You'll grow both followers and engagement across all major social media platforms, keeping up to date with trends and algorithms

Skills and Abilities:

Experience in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand and can provide examples
Experience of working with content creators
The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations
A deep understanding of social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Sendible
A qualification in social media or digital marketing is preferred but not essential
