Do you have software development experience or a Graduate, and are you seeking a new challenge? If so, we'd love to hear from you Deerfoot IT Resources is helping a collaborative company recruit a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer to join theirinclusive and collaborative team.

This full-time software development role requires you to be on the Isle of Wight once a month, and the rest can be remote.

In your first few weeks in this software development job, you can expect to:

  • Produce and review requirements and functional and design specifications for developing complex software solutions deployed in mission-critical environments
  • Develop and modify software components, adhering to quality standards in line with the requirement, functional and design specifications
  • Review software components for compliance with quality standards
  • Produce and review test specifications to carry out white box testing in line with the appropriate quality metrics
  • Experience working within a structured quality system with knowledge of structured software development methods and processes
  • Proven experience in developing complex software components in C++
  • Expertise in software development in Microsoft IDE, DevOps and TFS (desirable)
  • Experience in development in the Microsoft stack, including.
NET (ideal)


In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a salary of up to 45K DOE and benefits package, including a bonus scheme, company pension, a healthcare scheme, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
