Over the next 3 years, the organisation will evolve and require additional income to continue to meet the needs of the community we serve.

As we grow, we must grasp opportunities to ensure that we continue to be a voice by providing a platform and securing opportunities for the disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals and families we work with.

- term grants, contracts, and awards. Your role will be key to the continued success and growth of Switch Up, and in order to be successful, you will need to forge and maintain strong relationships with fundraisers and investors, as well as with your colleagues, particularly those within the frontline delivery.


You will have experience in bid writing as well as liaising and negotiating with various funding bodies and engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will be passionate in supporting the vision of the organisation to enable all young people to reach their true potential, and will have the creativity to share our message in order to attract further funding.
