Overview:
We are currently seeking POLISH SPEAKING Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The role involves providing essential care and support to our polish clients.

Duties:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Assist in the delivery of care plans under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals
Provide personal care and support to patients in a compassionate manner
Drive and accompany patients to appointments or outings as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to patient care
Assist with basic IT tasks related to patient records

Experience/Requirements:

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driving licence
Familiarity with care plans and procedures
Basic IT skills for record keeping
