Working within a fast paced and expanding team in Alton as a Customer Service Sales Advisor, this opportunity will launch your career in the office world.
This is an ideal role if you are looking to kick start your career and showcase your excellent customer service and communication skills.
As the Customer Service Sales Advisor, your prime responsibilities are acting as the central point of contact for all customers, providing outstanding customer support, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This is a hybrid role based in Alton, with the requirement to travel to an additional office based in the South East once a week.
You will be:
Handling inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
Seeking out and pursuing relevant leads
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers
Processing customer orders
Managing customer records, ensuring all data is up to date
Supporting the sales department
Attending exhibitions and trade shows
You will have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience, ideally in an office environment
Administration skills
Ability to work independently, and in a team setting
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Experience using a CRM system is desirable
