Deputy Director of People

Lead our People Services and play a crucial role in making us the best placeto work in the NHS.

As the People Services here at Homerton Healthcare are at the core of what we do, our aim is to support our people to reach their full potential and provide the best care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include managing all People Services todeliver exceptional services, transforming HR practices to better serve employees and patients, and implementing our Homerton People Plan.

As the Deputy Director of People, you will work closely for, report to and often deputise for the Chief People Officer (who is a voting executive director on the Board of Directors).

You will work closely with Executive Directors and the senior People Team,shaping the strategic and operational direction of the organisation and making a direct impact on both staff and patients.
