Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Monday - Friday 3.30pm-10.30pm (4 midweek shifts per week)

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm (1 weekend shift per week)

Cheadle Hulme High School is the founder school of the Laurus Trust.

We are a hugely oversubscribed school with a reputation locally, and further afield, for outstanding teaching and learning through the relentless pursuit of excellence and a determination to ensure that every child succeeds.

Didsbury High School is the most oversubscribed first preference school in Manchester. We are a non-selective, non-denominational school, which opened in September 2019. Our students have access to state-of-the-art facilities in a brand-new building behind Didsbury Point.

We currently have students in Years 7 to 10 and will be opening our brand-new sixth form in September 2023.


Job Purpose _
(_For further details on the role, please see the Job Description via TES)_

  • Assist in the smooth running of the sports centre facilities
  • Represent the Trust/School during community lettings periods and will therefore be expected to display a high level of reliability, organisational and communication skills
  • Support the daily interaction with community users along with the daytoday cleaning, setting up and supervision of gym and sports facilities
  • Liaise with the Heads of the School PE Department to ensure smooth operation/changeover between school and community use

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A*C) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
  • Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
