About Our Client:

A Financial Services firm based in East London


Key responsibilities:


  • Interview scheduling at high volume
  • Creating job adverts & posting them on job boards & Linked in
  • Monitoring HR inbox
  • Background checks
  • Building relationships with stakeholders & agencies
  • Manage the on boarding process, renewal and termination of contractors and consultants
  • Reporting

The Successful Applicant:


  • Immediately available
  • Strong administration experience
  • Ideally previous recruitment coordination experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail
