Training and Implementation Coordinator

What you would do as our Training and Implementation Coordinator


You will be responsible for training customers to use Biosite products and to provide training material and customised training to the customers' requirements both at customer's offices and construction sites.

You will also be responsible for ensuring long term customer satisfaction and retention.


You would also:


  • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide professional training sessions on Biosite products.
  • Update and provide detailed training material to customers and assist customers with any technical issues during implementation.
  • Assist sales team with onboarding new customers and report any potential issues or concerns to the line manager.
  • Contribute to a team with good work efficiency and responsibility, and train new employees on proper use of Biosite products

The skills and experience you need

  • Full UK driving license, and a flexibility Travel to various locations across the UK as required.
  • Ideally a first experience in trainings and implementation or sales within the construction, health or safety industry,
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
  • Demonstrate ability of highlevel engagement with director level customers and proof of customer satisfaction analysis and monitoring.
