Position:
Behaviour Support Assistant(SEMH)


Working Hours:8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Term time only)


Salary:
£75 - £85 per day

Your Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be at the forefront of transforming challenging behaviours into opportunities for growth and development


Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individualized support to students with behavioural needs. Creating and implementing positive behaviour plans. Building strong, supportive relationships with students and their families. Assisting in classroom activities and fostering a culture of respect. Collaborating with teachers and educational specialists to tailor interventions. Being a source of inspiration and encouragement to students.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications or experience in behaviour support or education. Enthusiasm, empathy, and a commitment to the success of every student. Strong communication and teamwork skills. DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance (or willingness to obtain it).
