Support & Configuration Executive - Cleckheaton - C£20K - £28K

Our client is an industry leading provider of brand management solutions to global brands and retailers.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support and Configuration Specialist to join our UK team based in West Yorkshire.

This role is to strengthenthe current UK team to provide a quality support service to both new and existing clients.

The Role:

Provide first and second line support services for both new and existing clients
Own each support request through to completion until successful resolution
Research, diagnose and troubleshoot to identify and resolve system issues
Escalate to the wider teams when necessary to assist in the successful resolution of system issues.
Configuration and customisation of each WAVE instance based on client change requests
Creation of internal and external documentation

Our desired skills and experience:

2+ years working in a similar role within a SaaS / agile environment
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
Ability to forge strong client relationships

Collaboratively supporting and contributing to the wider UK team
Calm under pressure, looking at challenges with a positive mindset
A willingness to learn and share ideas / suggestions from previous experiences
Accountable for assigned tasks ensuring a quality service is delivered and always maintained.

The company are currently doing a combination of both home and office working.
