Commercial plumber covering Midlands

We are looking for experienced, a skilled plumber to join our growing team who have an excellent work ethic and a proven track record of completing works to a high standard

Requirements:

NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in plumbing
Must have at least 3 years Plumbing experience (Preferably Reactive Maintenance)
Full clean UK Driving Licence

Job role as a Reactive maintenance plumber:

Responding to reactive repairs and breakdowns
Identifying and rectifying a wide range of Commercial plumbing problems including leak detection, and general servicing of plumbing related goods
Installations of plumbing fixtures and appliances
Filling out completion reports with full details of each job and your works plus any recommendations
Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations at all times
Must strive to achieve 'First Time Fix' on all reactive jobs''Duties:'''
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Assemble and install pipes and fittings
Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems
Respond to plumbing emergencies or service calls in a timely manner'''Qualifications:'''
Previous experience as a plumber or in a related field is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
